Refunds & Returns & Cancellation
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it. This includes pre-order items. Please email info@weartherav.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Cancellations/refunds before shipping will be subject to a 3% payment processing fee, which goes to the credit card companies (non-refundable to us).

If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, it will be subject to a $15 handling fee.
PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. If the carrier is unable to deliver your product to the address provided, you may be charged up to $15 for the item to be resent or restocked.
RETURNS
Effective May 2025, all sales are final.
We no longer accept returns or exchanges on any product once shipped.
We strongly encourage you to review all product details before purchase. If you have questions prior to ordering, please email us at info@weartherav.com.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@weartherav.com.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement only if the defect is confirmed. All replacements are at the discretion of Vibrating Therapeutic Apparel, LLC.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

Faulty items must be returned using tracked shipping; we are not responsible for lost items in transit.

All items on the website are considered closeout, discounted, or discontinued items. They are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
